There are many reasons that a plant may lose leaves, but the three most common are the amount of water, sunlight and pest.
The plant care is specific for each plant, so it is important to do your research. Some common reasons for lose of leaves include the light is too low, the soil is either too wet or too dry, or there is disease or bugs.
There are many causes and reasons why a plant is lean on one side. It could be due to something as simple as not enough light or something more serious, like the erosion of soil.
Some types of plants, such as pothos and snake plants, enjoy being root bound, which means that they thrive when their roots are crowded. These plants should only be repotted when they are showing signs of stress.
For other plants, choose a pot that allows appropriate drainage, and gives the plant enough space, so that the plants roots can grow.
